Mr. Langert focuses his practice on private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions and complex corporate transactions. He has experience representing private equity sponsors, public and private companies, private credit lenders and institutional banks across a range of transactions, including secured credit facilities, asset-based financings and refinancings, acquisition financings and other complex domestic and cross-border transactions.

Mr. Langert received his law degree from Washington University School of Law where he served as Associate Staff Editor for the Global Studies Law Review.
